Security Clearances

Prior to law school I worked as a Special Security Officer and specialized in personnel security both in the U.S. Air Force and as a private contractor. I have helped literally thousands of people obtain and maintain security clearances ranging from a position of trust through Top Secret with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

I am very familiar with the impact of various criminal charges on continued access to secure areas and information, as well as the differences in process between various national intelligence agencies including, but not limited to, NSA and DoD. In addition, I maintain contact with security professionals within SCI environments serving multiple government agencies.
